Corrections and right of reply

This site publishes Thai open government data. Some of it names juristic persons that won public contracts. If something about you is wrong, tell us.

We publish procurement outcomes as they appear in the source data. We add no conclusions and make no allegations. Winning public work is not an indication of wrongdoing.

When a request arrives we check it against the source. If we displayed something incorrectly we fix it and date the fix. If our figures match the source but you believe the source is wrong, we record your statement alongside the data.

Note: we do not own the underlying records. Corrections at source — the e-GP system, or ACT Ai — have to be taken up with them directly. We can still correct what this site shows.

Corrections we have made to ourselves

6 August 2026 — dataset count fell from {before} to {after}
We were counting the same dataset more than once. The portals we harvest already harvest each other — data.go.th takes from gdcatalog, which takes from the 76 provincial portals — so a single record could arrive three times under three slugs. Records sharing a harvest lineage are now merged. The smaller number does not mean data was lost; it means the previous one double-counted. Records that merely look alike, such as yearly editions sharing a title, are never merged automatically — they go to a review queue, because collapsing them would delete real years while making the count look healthier.

We do not store the IP address of this request. What is kept is what you typed into the form.
