Nakhonratchasima Rural Road Office วิสัยทัศน์ เชื่อมโยงโครงข่ายถนน ระหว่างทางหลวงแผ่นดิน ทางหลวงท้อง ถิ่น ท่าอากาศยาน ท่าเรือ สถานีรถไฟ สถานีรถโดยสารเขต เศรษฐกิจพิเศษ และโครงการพระราชดำริเข้าด้วยกัน ได้ครบถ้วน ภายในปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๗๙ พันธกิจ ๑. พัฒนาและยกระดับมาตรฐานทางหลวงชนบท เพื่อเชื่อมโยง การคมนาคมขนส่ง การสัญจร การท่องเที่ยว การพัฒนาชายแดน การพัฒนาเมือง การแก้ไขปัญหาจราจรด้วยการสร้างทางต่อ เชื่อม (Missing Link) ทางเลี่ยง (By Pass) และทางลัด (Shortcut) ๒. พัฒนาเส้นทางให้สนองตอบระบบโลจิสติกส์ ๓. บำรุงรักษาและอำนวยความปลอดภัยให้โครงข่ายทางหลวง ชนบทอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและได้มาตรฐาน ๔. ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นให้มีระบบ จัดการทางหลวงท้องถิ่นที่ถูกต้อง ได้มาตรฐาน และบุคลากรมี ความรู้ด้านงานทาง สามารถจัดการวางแผน สำรวจออกแบบและ ซ่อมบำรุงได้
